After second service and just before supper we decided to have a fire in our newly dug firepit. We changed into grubbies as there is no sense in wrecking the Sunday Best.

Long after the kids were in bed, the lunches were made and the place tidied for the next day, Jerry and I sat out there with a snack ... something different.
Sunday campfires are the best! A great way to relax and spend some quality time with the kids. Our kids love them and don't like it when it is raining on a Sunday! Funny how they always want a fire but yet seem to spend most of their time away from the fire! It also makes a great way to have an easy supper. Some hotdogs and sausages and you're good to go - without the hassel of dishes yet too!! Enjoy those great summer nights! Jenn Thalen
